Spacious and bright holiday rental house completely fenced, with private swimming pool, terrace, barbecue and a large garden. The house has two floors which are connected by an internal staircase. The lower floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with 2 single beds and another bedroom with double bed. It also has 2 bathrooms with shower, living room, dining room (with a large table for 8 people) and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with bathtub. All the rooms have air conditioning.
There is a covered outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture and a fixed barbecue. The house also has 8 sun loungers where you can relax by the pool, sunbathe or read a good book.
Without a doubt it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the spectacular surroundings, close to wonderful beaches, fishing villages and traditional markets.

Had a lovely week staying here at Casa Sylvia. Great location and Villa had everything we were looking for. Perfect for walking to marina and into main town of Cala d'or.

We stayed at Raquel's house during the Easter holidays with our two sons and our two grandchildren (13 and 16). It was simply wonderful. The house is spacious , well equipped , the garden is very large , totally fenced with a very nice big pool . The location is very good. You can walk to the marina , to Cala D'or , to Porto Petro and to some beaches. The Mondrago nature park is only a few minutes away by car. We spent wonderful days here. Raquel is a great hostess, always immediately available and very helpful. We would love to come back.
